Returns and Refunds

Contact GatorShell Apparel within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Special-order sizes and items explicitly marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Starting a Return or Exchange

Visit https://gatorshell.store/pages/contact and provide your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Do not mail an item before receiving return authorization and instructions. The correct return address will be provided with your return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs on ordinary returns and exchanges.

GatorShell Apparel will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product, color, and size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will work with you on an available alternative or issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, the item involved, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and make it right.
