All GatorShell orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If there is a defect or another issue with your order, contact us with your order number, the item involved, and a description of the problem. We’ll take care of it.
